Scope of Position
Lexlab is seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager who is passionate about digital media and client success. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in digital advertising, with a focus on managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client outcomes. This role requires the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies, and the expertise to steer multi-channel digital advertising campaigns to success.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create and manage campaigns, ensuring they perform at peak levels. You will be responsible for business level KPI’s, making strategic optimisations, and communicating insights and results directly to clients. Your role will involve balancing multiple client accounts, guiding campaigns from inception to execution, and maintaining an unwavering focus on client satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Skills:
- Client-Focused Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and credibility with clients.
- Campaign Management: Strong operational understanding of digital channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and programmatic advertising.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively address issues with solutions-oriented thinking.
- Organisation and Time Management: Able to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital account management or operations, ideally within an agency or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising campaign architecture, metrics and performance optimisation.
- Capable of autonomously setting up campaigns in at least 3 digital ad platforms eg. Meta/Google Ads/a DSP/TikTok.
- Strong understanding of each digital channel and the role they play within the media ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or a related field preferred.
Duties
Client Account Management (40%):
- Serve as the primary contact for allocated key clients, managing day-to-day communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Lead client meetings, including WIPs, status updates, and performance reviews.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met, including media plans, reports, and recommendations.
- Respond to client briefs, providing innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Develop proposals and presentations that align with client goals and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for growing current clients and onboarding new ones, including new channels, services and products.
- Deliver quarterly reviews with clients to facilitate improvements and innovation.
Operations & Campaign Management (60%):
- Formulate campaign approach and architecture
- Set up, traffic, monitor and optimise campaigns
- Tag management including pixel creation
- Creation of live campaign dashboards utilising data and visualisation platforms such as Funnel and Looker.
- Operational tasks such as pace tracking, status updates, and campaign bookings.
- Troubleshooting
- Accreditation on primary ad platforms, and training on the latest platform technologies
